How should I prepare for my Initial Tidying Session?

No Need to Clean or Tidy Beforehand
It’s most helpful for me to see your home as it is, so I can better understand your current situation and needs.
That’s all you need to do! This session is about meeting you where you are and to begin creating a home that aligns with your vision and supports the life you want to live.
What can I expect from a Virtual Tidying Session?
Virtual tidying sessions offer the same guidance and support as in-person sessions, with the convenience of working from your own space. Here’s what they look like:

Sessions are conducted via Zoom, allowing us to connect face-to-face no matter where you are located in the world.

Each session is typically divided into two smaller segments with a short break in between, ensuring you stay focused and energised.
Initial Preparation
During your complimentary initial hour, we’ll review all the necessary details to ensure a smooth connection and successful session.

How long will it take?
The duration of your tidying journey is as unique as you are and how you want to live your life! It depends on several factors, including:
The volume of belongings you have.
The time it takes for you to decide what to keep and let go (your "joy-check").
To help streamline the process, you’ll have the option to complete tasks between sessions (“optional homework”). Completing these can significantly reduce the total number of sessions needed to finish your tidying journey.

Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Yes, cancellations and rescheduling are possible under the following terms:
Cancellations:
7+ days’ notice: You will receive a 50% refund.
3-6 days’ notice: You will receive a 25% refund.
Less than 3 days’ notice: The session fee is non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
Everyone is granted one short-notice reschedule without any fee, as I understand life can be unpredictable.
After this, the following applies:
7+ days’ notice: Rescheduling is free.
3-6 days’ notice: A reschedule incurs a fee of $80.
Less than 3 days’ notice: The session fee is forfeited.
These policies help ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time. Thank you for your understanding!
